Gift cards are a wonderful way to give your loved ones the freedom to choose tickets for concerts, sports, theatre, and more. You can purchase them in various denominations.
How do I purchase a gift card?
You can buy physical Ticketmaster gift cards and e-gift cards online. If you'd prefer to buy over the counter, our gift cards are available at the following retailers:

Using your gift card
What can my gift card be used for?
You can use your Ticketmaster gift card to purchase tickets sold by Ticketmaster Sweden for events held in Sweden. Gift cards can't be used for events promoted on Ticketmaster.se that aren't sold by Ticketmaster, as these transactions redirect you to an external website.
How do I use my gift card?
- At checkout, select Gift Card as your payment method. If your gift card doesn’t cover the total cost, you’ll need to use another payment method to complete your purchase.
- Enter the gift card number and PIN code. For physical gift cards, the PIN code is located beneath the scratch area on the back.
After booking with your gift card
How do I check the balance or expiry date of my gift card?
You can check your gift card balance on the Gift card balance checker. Please have your gift card and PIN number available.
If you’re having difficulties checking a gift card balance that was purchased at a retail location, not directly from Ticketmaster, return to that location for help.
Your card will be valid for 12 months from the day it was bought.
What should I do if my gift card is lost or stolen?
We can't replace lost or stolen gift cards. However, e-gift cards can be easily resent via email.
What if I regret my purchase?
To receive a refund on your gift card, it must meet the follow requirements:
- The gift card was directly issued from Ticketmaster
- The gift card is unused and within 14 days of purchase
Email ticketmaster@voucherexpress.net and include your order reference so we can find your order. Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment used to purchase the gift cards.
What if my gift card hasn't been activated or doesn't work?
If you purchased your gift card through Ticketmaster.se and are experiencing issues, please contact ticketmaster@voucherexpress.net. If the card was bought in-store, please return to the original retailer with your receipt and the gift card for assistance.
What do I do if I haven't received my e-gift card?
Your e-gift card will be emailed to the address provided during purchase within two hours. If it hasn’t arrived, please check your spam or junk folder. If it’s not there, contact ticketmaster@voucherexpress.net for assistance.
Can I include a personal message with my gift card?
Yes, you can add a personal message when you buy your gift card through our website at Ticketmaster.se.
Can I print my e-gift card?
Yes, once you receive the PDF file via email, you can print it out.
Can I send the e-gift card to someone else after purchasing it?
Absolutely! You can forward the e-gift card to the recipient of your choice.
Can I change the recipient’s email address if I made a mistake?
Yes, you can update the recipient's email address directly in the order confirmation email you received.
Can I request the e-gift card link again if it was deleted or hasn’t arrived?
Yes, you can request this by contacting ticketmaster@voucherexpress.net and including your order number from the confirmation email.
