How do I log in to my account?
You log in with your e-mail address and password. To do this, click "Log In" in the upper right corner of the Home screen at Ticketmaster.se
New to Ticketmaster?
You can easily create a new account on our web page or app by clicking on "Log in" and then on "Create Account". You then have to fill in the customer information needed to start an account.
Forgot your password?
If you have forgotten your password, click "Log in" on the home screen and then tap "Forgot password". You can then fill in your e-mail address for the account to which you have forgotten your password. Once you have written your e-mail address and clicked on "Request new password", you will receive a new temporary password sent to your e-mail adress within 30 minutes.
Be sure to check the spam folder as our e-mails can sometimes end up there. If you do not receive a password sent to you, enter noreply@ticketmaster.se in your contacts and try again.
If you're still having trouble requesting a new password, we've put together some tips that may help:
Browser:
- Try another browser, for example Google Chrome or Firefox. Try clearing all cookies and caches on your browser by clicking Ctrl - Shift - Delete
- Do a search for the text "temporary password" in your inbox and search all folders. It may be that the e-mail has been placed in another folder. Remember to check the spam / junk filter! This is not something that we can control, unfortunately, but it is the mail service's own spam filter that decides.
- Check that password and e-mail do not have blank spaces in front or behind. It can be included if, for example, you paste in the one-time password in the password field.
- Make sure you do not have an old password filled in automatically in the browser.
- Try logging in on another device.
App:

Note! If you receive a message that you have tried 6 times and need to reset your password, it is important that you use the link in the most recent message.
