When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be completed within 30 days of the cancellation notification you received on August 29, 2026.
We’ll automatically refund the original payment method. You don’t need to take any action.
What will be refunded?
You’ll receive a refund for the full ticket price, excluding the service fee.
Under Ticketmaster’s Terms and Conditions, service and delivery fees are nonrefundable for canceled or rescheduled events.
Can I exchange my old ticket for a ticket to one of the new shows?
Tickets for the canceled show can’t be exchanged for tickets to the new shows. If you’re eligible, you’ll have access to the dedicated presale to buy new tickets.
I’ve changed my card or bank. What happens to my refund?
If you’ve changed your card, you don’t need to do anything. Your bank will direct the refund to your new card.
If you’ve changed banks and we can’t process your refund automatically, we’ll contact you with information about what we need to complete your refund.
I paid with Klarna. How will I receive my refund?
We’ll issue your refund to Klarna. Klarna will then contact you about your refund or any credit to your unpaid invoice.
I bought or sold tickets through Ticketmaster Resale. What happens now?
- If you bought tickets through Ticketmaster Resale, we’ll refund the payment method you used for your purchase.
- If you sold tickets through Ticketmaster Resale but haven’t received payment yet, we’ll refund the payment method used for your original purchase.
- If you’ve already received payment for the tickets you sold, you won’t receive an additional refund.
I still haven’t received my refund. What should I do?
If 30 days have passed since the cancellation notification was sent on August 29, 2026 and you still haven’t received your refund, contact Fan Support.

How do I access the Friday Fan First Presale?
You’ll receive a presale code by email at 10:00 CEST on 14 September . The code will be sent to the email address associated with your previous eligible tickets. The presale is open for 24 hours.

When is Swedish House Mafia's Presale?
The Artist Presale is on Tuesday September 15, 12:00 PM CET and is open for 48 hours. You can purchase up to 10 tickets during the presale.
How do I sign up for the Swedish House Mafia Artist Presale?
Visit Swedish House Mafia - Sweden 2027. You can sign up any time between Thursday, September 10, 16:00 PM CEST - Monday, September 13, 23:59 PM CEST.

Accessible Tickets
You can search for accessible tickets by selecting the Filters button and toggling Show accessible tickets .
Venues are solely responsible for establishing their own accessible ticket policies. Availability, type and location of accessible tickets will vary by venue. Venues decide where their accessible tickets will be sold, and may decide to sell these tickets themselves.
Exchanges and Upgrades
From 21 September, you can request an exchange or upgrade your tickets by contacting Fan Support.
Accessing your mobile tickets
You can access your ticket details from the Ticketmaster App. The Event Organizer will make the scannable ticket available closer to the day of your event. You’ll see your order but will not have access to the ticket barcode until this time.
Before leaving for your event, we recommend viewing your ticket in the app or adding your ticket to a mobile wallet to avoid internet connectivity issues at the venue.
Transferring or selling your tickets
You can sell your tickets from your order starting September 21. Click or tap the sell button and select the tickets you would like to sell. Visit our help pages for step-by-step instructions and more information on the process.
While Ticket Transfer may not be available, check back on your order as the Event Organizer may become available closer to the event date.
