As you could use a single word or group of words for the subject you would like to perform search, you can also ask questions. Frequently Asked Questions search system is supported by the Natural Language Processing technology, it intends to provide you the most appropriate answers related to the issue you are searching.
Please, try to use explanatory expressions and try ask clear questions when you are performing the search as much as possible. For example; such as, “What are the payment terms?” or “Can we buy tickets by instalments?”
If you think that the answer you have found is not sufficient, you can fill in the form when it appears when you answer the question of “Is this answer sufficient for you?” as “No” and you can reach us in order to receive more detailed answer. TicketFast has been replaced by eTicket. If you already bought a TicketFast e-ticket then you can use it on the event you bought the ticket for, you can´t however buy new TicketFast e-tickets anymore.

eTicket, the easiest way to get your tickets!
If you choose eTicket the tickets are sent directly to your e-mail, then you print them yourself or download the tickets to your mobile phone from My Account. It´s the easiest and fastest way to get the tickets you have ordered.
Hardware or software requirements
Printer - any ink-jet or laser printer (colour or black & white) with a resolution of 300 dpi or more is able to print eTickets. Use A4 plain white paper for best result. (If you are unsure of your printer`s resolution/dpi, check the printer manual.) You also need Adobe Acrobat Reader 4.0 or higher.
The whole A4 paper is your ticket that you need to show at the entrance to the event. Mobile phone – you have to have a smartphone to be able to download and use the eTicket on it.
Book and print eTickets
1. Choose eTicket as delivery option and purchase your tickets.
2. You will receive two separate e-mails, a reservation confirmation and an e-mail with your tickets attached as a PDF file.
Please notice, the confirmation is not valid as a ticket.
3. Print the ticket!
The ticket is also available on My Account and View Orders if you lost it and want to download and print it again.
Book and save eTickets on your mobile phone
1. Choose eTicket as delivery option and purchase your tickets.
2. Go to My Account and View Orders with your mobile phone and click OPEN next to the tickets you want.
3. Save your tickets in an app like iBooks or Adobe Acrobat or take a screenshot of the ticket and save it in your phone’s gallery.
Only the first scan of the barcode on your ticket will be allowed entry. If more than one copy were to arrive, the barcode scanner will alert the attendant that the ticket has already been scanned.
Avoid that the confirmation e-mail with the tickets are handled as spam
In order to avoid that the reservation confirmation e-mail and the PDF file with the eTicket being handled as spam by your mailprogram, add firstname.lastname@example.org as a secure e-mail address in your mailprogram.
Alter your security settings
The following instructions are for Outlook Express.
In Outlook Express choose Tools then select Options and click on the Security tab.
In the Options window look for a statement that reads "Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus", unmark this option and click Apply.

A ticket bought from Ticketmaster is not personal. You can use the ticket even if it is not your name printed on it.

Important information about ticket release:
• Queue is created when ticket sales begin.
• There is no use to "get in the queue" on ticnet.se before ticket sales begin. Nobody can reserve place in the queue by having one or more windows connected to ticnet.se before 9:00 .
• The queue can be displayed before the event opens to the sale - you are not then placed in the queue, but will automatically be transferred into the queue when the event is released.
• Sign in when you find the tickets you want.
• There is no guarantee of getting tickets. It may be sold out quickly.
• It may be sold out even if you're in the queue.
• Do not update the site when you are in the queue (Refresh/F5), then you will lose your place. You can also lose your place if you open multiple browsers on the same computer.
• Many banks require verification with a bank box for card to shop online. Have card and box ready.
• Make sure you have an updated Java version on your computer.
Lost or stolen tickets cannot be replaced. If you have, however, chosen eTicket as your delivery, you can download or print a new ticket from My Account. Note that eTicket has a built-in security system that only allows entry once.
To purchase tickets you have to create an account. To create an account is easy. There are two alternatives of how you can do this:
1) Go to My Account on ticketmaster.se, choose “Create Account" and fill in your information.
2) Create an account in the purchase flow when you are booking tickets.
You can only have one account for each email address. This means for example that one family can´t register differently names and use the same account.
Have you forgotten your password you can easily send for a new one, just choose “My Account” and then “Forgot password”. If you still have problem please contact us.
Login with your email address and your password.
Search for tickets
You can only search for tickets in one tab in your browser, otherwise the other tab will show results from the recent search, regardless of what tab the search was made in. The recent search is always the basis for your booking. Apart from in which tab you choose to complete the purchase, you will receive seats which were presented in the completed search.
Ticketmaster.se is optimized to use in one browser and tab. If you use parallel browsers or tabs the functionality can be affected, because temporary event data is saved to a simplified buying process.
Your booking is saved below ”My Account”. Here you can see if the purchase has been successful and if your tickets have been sent. You also get a confirmation of your purchase to your email address. If you have got a PIN-code you can see this saved on “My Account” below the title “Bookings”, choose the reservation number to see all information about your booking.
You can only cancel reserved tickets, e.g tickets with no payment. Choose “My Account, and then ”Bookings” and the reservation number and cancel the reservation. If you haven´t collected your tickets in time, they will be cancelled automatically.
If you are trying to do a reservation on the day of the event and it doesn´t work, the promotor may have stopped the sales on ticketmaster.se. You can then only buy tickets at the venue.
Distansavtalslagen does not apply to purchase of event tickets. You can´t regret your purchase or change to another ticket when the purchase has been made.
