Where can I buy Ticketmaster´s gift card?
You can buy gift cards on https://www.ticketmaster.se/presentkort, at one of our resellers such as Pressbyrån, ATG, Coop, Ica or Hemköp. Please note that you can´t buy gift cards using another gift card.
Where can I use my gift card?
You can use your Ticketmaster gift card when you buy tickets sold by Ticketmaster Sweden. You can only use your gift card for events held in Sweden.
Our gift cards cannot be used when buying tickets to an event that is only being promoted on Ticketmaster.se but isn’t sold by Ticketmaster. You’ll then be sent to an external website through a link.
You may not receive the value of the gift card in cash instead of using it as a method of payment.

Can I buy gift cards by choosing invoice as a method of payment?
No, we do not offer invoice as a method of payment.
Can I use the gift card in countries other than Sweden?
No, but you can buy gift cards/e-gift card from other Ticketmaster countries and use them in the specific country - m,ake sure you buy in the correct currency. If you click on the countries in the drop-down menulist at the bottom of the page, you will proceed to the different countries gift card sale sites.
Where can I find the gift card number and PIN code?
The gift card number and PIN code can be found on the back of the card (you got to scratch to reveal it on some cards). If you have an e-gift card, then the gift card number and pin code is in the PDF file sent to you.
How do I use my gift card?
When creating a booking you choose a gift card as a method of payment. If the gift card doesn’t cover the full amount you’ll have to add another method of payment to complete your purchase. To use your gift card you only need the gift card number and the PIN code - leave the Value code box empty. On the plastic gift cards that you bought in-store you’ll find the PIN code underneath the scratch-area on the back.
You may use up to four gift cards at a time.
If you wish to use more than four gift cards when paying for your booking we ask you to send in a support ticket using this form within 24 hours after completed purchase. Include your booking number, your gift card number for the remaining cards (Write the first six numbers and then a space to avoid having the gift card number become censured), to what bank and your bank account details. We’ll then return the remaining amount that you’ve paid to your bank account.
Do I need to activate my gift card?
Gift card purchased from one of our resellers gets activated when you buy it.
Our e-gift card is activated within 24 hours after the purchase.
What do I do if my gift card has not been activated or doesn't work?

If the gift card is purchased in a store, please bring the receipt and gift card to the store where it was purchased to see what has happened.

What do I do if my gift card disappears or gets stolen?
We cannot replace lost or stolen gift cards. The e-gift card is sent through email so it can easily be downloaded again. We cannot replace physical gift cards.
Can I get a receipt of the gift card purchase?

When will my e-gift card come?
The e-gift card will be sent within two hours after the purchase to the email address stated at the time of the purchase. If the card has not arrived within two hours, please check the spam and junk mail. If it is not there, please email ticketmaster@voucherexpress.net.
Can I send an e-gift card to my email address and then print it?
Yes, you can print the PDF-file sent to your email address.
Can I buy an e-gift card and then forward it to the person who will receive it?
Yes, you can.
Can I change the email address of the recipient of the e-gift card if an incorrect email address has been provided?
Yes, you can change the recipient's email address directly in the order confirmation sent to you by email.
Can I get the e-gift card link sent again if it has not arrived or if it has been deleted?

What is the validity of the gift card?
Ticketmaster's gift card/e-gift card has 1-year validity from the date of purchase. It is not possible to extend the period of validity.
