To buy tickets, you must have a Swedish Ticketmaster account. Creating an account is easy. There are two options:
1) On the ticketmaster.se homepage, enter "Create account" and enter your information.
2) When buying tickets.
It is only possible to have one account with your email address. It is not possible for several people, for example, within a family, to register an account per name and use the same email address.

Search for tickets
Searches for tickets should only be made in a tab, otherwise the new tab will be considered as last search. It is always the last search that is the basis of your booking. Regardless of which tab you choose to complete the purchase, you will receive the tickets presented in the most recent search.
Ticketmaster.se is optimized for use in one browser and one tab. Using multiple parallel browser windows or tabs, functionality can be affected, as temporary event data is saved for a simplified purchase process.
Your reservation is saved under "My Account". Here you can see if the booking has gone through, if we have received a payment and if the tickets are sent. You will also receive a confirmation sent to your email.
It is up to the customer to check that the booking is correct (correct event, number of tickets, arena etc)
You can only cancel reserved tickets, tickets where you have not chosen any payment method. Log in to "My Account", click "Reservations", click on the booking number and cancel the booking. Reserved bookings not retrieved within the specified time are automatically canceled.
Booking the same day
For some events it is not possible to book tickets the same day as the event, the organizer may have placed a booking stop on ticketmaster.se. Then it is only possible to buy tickets at the venue.
The distance contract law does not apply to the purchase of event tickets, which means that you can not regret your purchase or switch to another ticket even though it is purchased on ticketmaster.se.
Tickets may only be purchased for personal use, not for commercial purposes. This means that tickets can not be offered in competitions or in conjunction with offers for other products or services without the written consent of Ticketmaster and / or the organizer / venue. If there is a limit on the number of tickets allowed per buyer, it must not be exceeded.
Buy that is in violation of the terms and conditions
Ticketmaster has the right to cancel bookings / purchases made by the customer and with immediate effect, exclude the customer from ticketmaster.se if the customer does not provide accurate information about himself or otherwise violates or attempts to circumvent the terms and conditions for ticket purchases. This applies, for example, if the customer books or purchases more tickets than allowed.
Automated buying methods / BOTS
If there is a limit on the number of tickets allowed per buyer, it should not be exceeded. If we identify violations of these limits, whether by an individual user or multiple connected users (for example, with multiple credit cards or multiple members of a household) or through the use of automated methods of buying tickets, we reserve the right to shred the purchase. The use of automated methods of buying tickets is strictly prohibited.
