Where you buy your tickets matters - avoid buying tickets through social media, Blocket or third-party sites like Viagogo. We can only guarantee the authenticity of tickets purchased directly from us or via the venues Box Office.
If you buy tickets from third-party sellers and encounter issues, such as invalid tickets or event cancellations, you’ll need to contact the original buyer directly for any assistance or potential refunds.
Ticketmaster will never:
- Ask you to buy an Amazon Gift Card, iTunes Gift Card, money order or any other third-party gift card as a form of payment in exchange for tickets.
- Request that you wire funds as a form of payment in exchange for tickets.
- Ask you to go to a store and buy a gift card in order for us to issue a refund.
- Charge a fee for a name change or to transfer event ticket

If we do issue a refund, we'll process it to the original method of payment you used at time of purchase.
