We know it can be frustrating when you've found the perfect seats, just to get halfway through the booking process and somehow end up losing them. Here are a few things to check if you're having problems:
Are you signed into your Ticketmaster account?
It's always best to make sure you're signed into your account before starting a booking. The checkout process has a time limit and if you don't book through us very often, it's a real pain when you've chosen your seats just to be timed out if you can't remember your password.
Do you have your preferred payment method ready?
Before you start booking, make sure you have your payment details ready. Verify that your card, Swish, or Klarna information is accurate, and ensure you have access to BankID for a seamless payment experience.
Is the Ticketmaster site open in more than one window?
Please only use one browser window at a time to hold tickets. We have systems in place to stop automated programs from booking up all the tickets – this means that if you try to hold two sets of tickets at once in separate windows, the tickets will be released.
