We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, so we offer our fans the option to add Missed Event Insurance to their order, provided by Allianz Assistance.
What does the insurance cover?
Missed Event Insurance provides coverage for illness or unforeseen events that prevent you from attending your event. This voluntary insurance can be purchased when buying event tickets on Ticketmaster.
Here are a few examples of what the insurance covers:
- Sudden covered medical emergencies
- Death of a family member or companion
- Mechanical breakdown on the way to an event
- Traffic accident while enroute to the event
- Your home has been rendered uninhabitable
For a complete overview of the coverage, please review Allianz Assistance’s full terms and conditions.
When does the insurance not apply?
- If your event is rescheduled and you are unable to attend on the new date due to prior commitments.
- If you simply change your mind about attending.
- If you want to cancel part of your booking (e.g., two out of four tickets).
How much does cancellation insurance cost?
The insurance costs 5.75% of the total ticket value, with a minimum fee of 13.50 SEK.
How do I use the cancellation insurance?
If you need to use your cancellation insurance to get a refund for an event you couldn’t attend, you can file a claim through Allianz Assistance. Once you submit your claim, Allianz Assistance will reach out to you regarding the next steps.
Can I cancel the insurance?
You can cancel your insurance by contacting Fan Support within 30 days of purchase. The premium will be refunded unless the event is less than 7 days away, or if you have already made or plan to make a claim. In these cases, a refund will not be provided.
