If your order has a barcode with a moving line, your mobile tickets have a unique barcode that automatically refreshes every 15 seconds for fraud and counterfeit protection.
To view your tickets, follow these steps:
- Download the Ticketmaster app or sign into your Ticketmaster Account. Make sure you’re using the latest version of our app.
- Find your order in My Tickets.
- View your tickets by tapping View Barcode.
- When you arrive at your event, present the barcode to be scanned. Screenshots won’t get you in.
Mobile data reception can be limited, so make sure you’ve viewed your tickets before you arrive at the venue to ensure that you can access them. Android and iPhone users can add tickets to their wallet to ensure entry even without internet connectivity.
