Sign into your Ticketmaster account and select My Account to get started. Remember, any updates made to your My Account profile only affect future purchases and won’t impact past orders.
Updating your My Account information
You can update the following information in My Account:
- Edit Profile: Update your name, email address, password and location
- Change Seller Information: Add, edit or bank information for future payments of resale tickets.
- Manage Alerts: Add, edit or delete Ticketmaster newsletter subscriptions
Some changes, like updating your password, require you to have access to the email address used to sign into your Ticketmaster account. If you can’t access your email account, contact Fan Support.
Updating a mistyped or incorrect email address
Check to see if you accidentally provided an incorrect email address when creating your account. Sign in to our desktop site with the email address used and update it under the Profile Details section of your account. This change can’t be made on our app.
