Ticket Confirmation Delay
When paying by Swish, it can sometimes take up to an hour for your tickets to be delivered by email or to appear in your account. If the payment has gone through, you'll usually receive your tickets within a few minutes, but if they're still missing after an hour, please contact Fan Support.
In the event of a temporary technical error during payment, we will automatically issue a refund within 3-5 banking days. You don't need to take any action.
Updating a mistyped or incorrect email address
Some fans may have multiple online accounts linked to different email addresses, so make sure you sign into the correct account and sign out of any other accounts that might be stored in your browser or app.
Check to see if you accidentally provided an incorrect email address when creating your account.
- Sign in to our desktop site with the email address used
- Click on Profile Details in your account, and update your email address. This change can’t be made on our app.
