If you cannot see purchased tickets on your Ticketmaster account, the reason may be one of the following:
1. eTicket
Your eTicket is saved in My Account and has also been sent to your e-mail.
Log in to the app or your mobile phone to find the mobile-adapted version of the ticket or download the ticket to your computer for printing.
Please note that the eticket has a built-in security system that only allows entry to the arena once.
You should be able to see your tickets in your account on Ticketmaster.se or in the app, and have the tickets sent to you via e-mail. Don't forget to check the spam folder and double check that you log in with the correct e-mail address on ticketmaster.se, as you have sometimes made the purchase with a different e-mail address.
2. Delay in sending the tickets
NOTE: It can sometimes take up to an hour for a booking to be created and for you to have your tickets delivered via e-mail and visible on your Ticketmaster account when paying with Swish.
Generally, you will receive your tickets by e-mail within a few minutes, but this can take up to an hour.
If the payment has been processed, you should receive tickets, even though it may take a while before you see them in the account or in your specified e-mail.
Should there be a temporary technical error in the payment, we will refund you automatically within 3-5 banking days and you do not need to do anything. If you have not received your tickets after one hour, please contact our customer service.
3. Your tickets are on another Ticketmaster account
If you have more than one email address, your tickets may be on a Ticketmaster account connected to one of your other email addresses. You must log in with the correct email address to access your tickets.
4. Email address error
You may have misspelled your email address when purchasing the tickets. If you think this could be the reason, you can use our contactform so we may be able to help you.
