Depending on the event and the delivery method you selected at checkout, you may have a few options to access your tickets. To get started, you'll want to visit your My Account and locate your order to see which delivery option was chosen.
Resale tickets may take up to 24 hours for your order to appear in your account.
Finding your delivery method
To find your chosen delivery method, follow these steps:

- Find your order in My Tickets.
- Under your ticket details, view the Delivery Method section.

A guide to delivery methods
Our most common delivery method is eTicket. We send the tickets to your email and to your Ticketmaster account. Download the Ticketmaster app or sign in to your account on ticketmaster.se to access the eTickets. You can show the tickets directly on your mobile phone at the venue, or print them out.
Mobile Only tickets is the easiest and safest way to access your tickets. Instead of having to print the tickets yourself, you can just show the QR code on your mobile phone. When you select Mobile Only at checkout - your phone is your ticket. Your tickets will not be available for print or emailed to you.
