Accessible tickets are available for fans who require wheelchair-accessible seating and their companions.
Many venues offer dedicated accessible seating areas designed to support a range of mobility needs. Ticketmaster works with Event Organizers and venues to make the buying process as clear and straightforward as possible.
Accessible tickets must be used by the person who requires the accessible seating. Misuse may result in the order being cancelled or entry being denied. If you purchased accessible tickets by mistake, contact Fan Support.
You can buy accessible tickets online at Ticketmaster.se or by calling our Accessibility Line at +46 (0)776 70 77 77, weekdays from 09:00–13:00.
If accessible seating is available for your event, you’ll see the wheelchair-accessible icon on the seat map:
-

Reserved for wheelchair users. Located near accessible entrances, exits, and restroom facilities where available. - If a seat map isn’t available, select accessible tickets from the dropdown menu under Choose Your Tickets.
Accessible ticket availability varies by event, venue, and Event Organizer policies. If you can’t find accessible tickets online, call our Accessibility Line and we’ll help you check availability.
Can I buy a VIP package with accessible seating?
Yes. If you’d like to purchase a VIP package and require accessible seating, contact Fan Support or call our Accessibility Line at +46 (0)776 70 77 77 for assistance.
Why can’t I find accessible tickets for my event?
For some events, Ticketmaster may not be the primary ticket seller, or tickets may be sold through resale listings. In these cases, accessible tickets may not be available through Ticketmaster.
If you need accessible seating, contact the primary ticket seller or the venue directly to check availability.
There may also be cases where accessible tickets aren’t displayed online even when Ticketmaster is the primary seller. If this happens, contact Fan Support or call our Accessibility Line and we’ll help you explore available options.
A companion ticket is often included with an accessible ticket purchase.
To find out what applies to your event, search for the event on Ticketmaster.se and review the event information page.
Some venues provide additional accessibility services or accommodations.
Because Ticketmaster works with thousands of venues, the best place to get the answer is usually the official venue website. We’ve listed webpages for our most popular venues below. If your venue is not listed, visit the venue’s official website or search for it online.
If your accessibility needs have changed due to a recent diagnosis, accident, or medical condition, contact us using this form.
