If an event has been postponed, it means the Event Organizers are still working to determine whether it will be rescheduled or canceled. Your tickets are still valid, and no further action is required.
When the Event Organizers cancel or reschedule an event, you’ll receive an email of the new status and your options will be explained. In some instances, the Event Organizers may give you the option to request a refund.
Refund policies are determined by the Event Organizers on an event-by-event basis and may be subject to their limitations.
