- Open the PDF and print your ticket.
You can also access and print your tickets from the email that was sent to you after your order.
For some events, tickets cannot be accessed until a set date decided by the Event Organizer. Check back closer to your event.
Can someone else get in with tickets that have my name on them?
Yes, someone else can use your printed ticket for entry. If you’re not attending the event, you can print the tickets and give them to friends or family to use for entry. We're unable to change the name on the order.
You can also look for the Transfer button on your order to see if Ticket Transfer is available.
What should I do if my name is incorrect on my order?
Incorrect spelling won’t affect the validity of your printed tickets. If you have any issues entering your event, visit the Box Office for assistance. They can help you confirm that the tickets belong to you.
Can I print more than one copy of my ticket?
You can print more than one copy of your ticket, but we only recommend doing this if your previously printed tickets were damaged. If someone else enters with the first copy of the ticket, our system will show that the ticket has already been scanned when another copy is used.
The tickets are a gift, but have my name on them. What should I do?
When you print off your tickets, the cardholder’s name will appear on each ticket. The original purchaser isn’t required to attend the event. They can print the tickets and give them to their friends or family to use for entry. We're unable to change the name on the order.
