All sales are final. Event Organizers determine refund guidelines, and refunds are only allowed in limited circumstances.
Based on the circumstances of your event, select one of the options below for further instructions:

If the Event Organizer has approved refunds, you’ll receive a notification or email explaining any refund options available to you.
The options to transfer or sell your tickets may be available for your event. When they’re offered, you’ll see a Transfer Tickets or Sell Tickets button on your order.

If the Event Organizer has approved refunds, they’ll be processed automatically to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase, as soon as funds are received from the Event Organizer.
If you no longer have access to your original method of payment, or you used a gift card, contact Fan Support for assistance.
