When did tickets go on sale?
The first batch of tickets went on sale 28th of November 2023 and sold out.

What are the dates and times of the different shows?
- Semi-final 1: Evening Preview – Monday May 6 at 21.00 CET
- Semi-final 1: Afternoon Preview – Tuesday May 7 at 15:00 CET
- Semi-final 1: Live Show – Tuesday May 7 at 21.00 CET
- Semi-final 2: Evening Preview – Wednesday May 8 at 21:00 CET
- Semi-final 2: Afternoon Preview | Thursday May 9 at 15:00 CET
- Semi-final 2: Live Show | Thursday May 9 at 21:00 CET
- Grand Final: Evening Preview | Friday May 10 at 21:00 CET

How much will the tickets cost?
Prices will range from 145 SEK to 3795 SEK. Depending on ticket type and show.
Is there a ticket limit and why?
The ticket limit is set to prevent unfair secondary market sales. The ticket limit is shown during the purchase process and is verified with every transaction.
Multiple Ticketmaster accounts may not be used to circumvent or exceed published ticket limits. This includes accounts or orders associated with the same name, email address, billing address, credit card number or other information.
Please adhere to published ticket limits. Persons who exceed the ticket limit may have any or all of their orders and tickets cancelled without notice by Ticketmaster at its discretion. This includes orders associated with the same name, e-mail address, billing address, credit card number or other information.
Is it safe to purchase secondhand tickets from other sites?
Please be advised that tickets should only be purchased from Ticketmaster.se
Ticketmaster strongly advises its customers not to purchase second-hand tickets if it's not through Ticketmaster Resale. In Sweden, it is not forbidden to purchase or sell tickets in second hand, but this often involves more risks as there is no guarantee that the tickets are genuine
How do I buy Ticketmaster Resale-tickets?
This symbol means that a ticket is sold by another fan and is available for you to buy. The process of buying a Resale-ticket is exactly the same as when you buy a regular ticket.
Ticketmaster Resale is a service which means that you, the ticket buyer, can sell and buy tickets second hand completely safely, securely and anonymously – from fan to fan. Ticketmaster verifies each ticket when the ticket changes owner so that you can be sure that you get a valid ticket.

Do I need a Ticketmaster account to purchase a ticket?
Yes, you'll need a Ticketmaster account to purchase tickets from us. If you don't have an account already you register by clicking here and choose "Sign up". For more information about how to create an account please check our help site here.
Why do I need to register an account with Ticketmaster?
In order to make your online purchase experience both secure and reliable you will need to create a Ticketmaster account. Read more on how to create your Ticketmaster account here.
What can I do if I have forgotten my password?
If you have forgotten your password or if your are unable to sign into your Ticketmaster account, please click this link for more information on how to quickly get back into your account.
Can I purchase tickets to multiple shows at the same time?
It's the same queue for all the shows but you can then only choose to purchase tickets for one of the shows at a time. If you wish to purchase tickets for more then one show you will have to complete your first purchase and then start over. When I have selected my tickets, how much time do I have to complete my purchase?
When you have had the chance to cart your tickets of choice, you will have 10 minutes to complete your purchase.
How can I pay for my tickets?
When purchasing your tickets you may use one of the following payment methods:
- Debit and credit cards (Mastercard, VISA and American Express)
- Apple Pay
- Ticketmaster Gift Card (Sweden only)
How do I purchase tickets (with accompanying companion) for wheelchair accessible spaces?
You can purchase these tickets online on the event pages. There will be a link in the event description. You can also purchase these tickets via phone +46776-70 77 77 (weekdays from 9:00 a.m - 1:00 p.m CET). These tickets includes one helper.
Where can I purchase accessibility tickets for other types of disabilities, e.g. impaired vision or hearing?
You can purchase these tickets, including a accompanying companion, via Ticketmaster's accessibility phone line: +46776-70 77 77 (weekdays from 9:00 a.m - 1:00 p.m CET) (designated seats only, companion or personal assistance certificate is required)
What is the age limit?
What is the age limit if I am accompanied by an adult?
Children under 13 years must be accompanied by a guardian or other adult.
Will there be any VIP packages?
There will be three different VIP packages. You can read more about the different packages on the event page here.
After your purchase - Delivery, Changes, Cancellations
How will my tickets be delivered?
Your tickets will be delivered to you as E-tickets. This means a PDF will be sent to your registered email adress. You can also access your tickets by login in to you account at ticketmaster.se For more help please check out our help site here.
Can I collect my ticket at the venue?
Am I allowed to make exchanges to upgrade or chose another ticket category?
Yes exchanges and upgrades will be allowed as long as there are regular tickets available (not Resale Tickets). Your new purchase has to be for the same price or higher then your original order.
Can I transfer a ticket to my friend?
Yes, Ticket Transfer will be activated for all shows. This give you the opportunity to transfer your tickets to your friends. You can read more about Ticket Transfer here.
I can't attend, will I be able to sell my tickets?
Ticketmaster Resale is a service that gives you the chance to resell your tickets to another fan safely directly through Ticketmaster.se. All dates and times are subject to change without prior notice.

I regret my purchase, can I use Fan Guarantee to cancel my tickets?
Fan Guarantee does not apply to purchases made during the day of the onsale. Fan Guarantee is applied for sales made starting on November 29th. For more information about Fan Guarantee, please read more here.
No cancellations or refunds will be accepted for tickets purchased before November 29th and when Fan Guarantee does not apply. If you have tickets but wont be able to attend, you will be able to sell your ticket through Ticketmaster Resale. You can read more about Resale here.

What is not allowed in the arena?
Objects that are not allowed inside the arena include, but are not limited to:
- No outside food or drinks are allowed to bring inside the arena.
- No camera or recording devices and/or selfie sticks are allowed to bring inside the venue. For press related inquiries, please visit:
- No pets of any kind are allowed inside the venue.
- Scooters or bicycles of any kind (including any battery devices) are not allowed inside the arena.
- There is currently a strict ""No Bag"" policy in place for all major events taking place in Sweden. Exceptions may be made for people who for medical reasons need to bring a smaller bag. For the most current information, we advise you to revisit this page as we get closer to the shows. You can read more about "No Bag" policy here.
- There will be a mandatory security check before entering the arena
Am I allowed to bring megaphones or horns?
Megaphones and horns are not allowed.
