How do I buy Ticketmaster Resale-tickets? 
This symbol above means that a ticket is sold by another fan and is available for you to buy. The process of buying a Resale-ticket is exactly the same as when you buy a regular ticket. Ticketmaster verifies each ticket when the ticket changes owner so that you can be sure that you get a valid ticket and that you get access to the seat that is on the ticket.
Ticket availability can change over time, so if the seats you want are not shown or if the number of tickets you want is not available, try again a little later as more tickets can be put up for sale closer to the event date.
Tickets with pink dots are Resale-tickets and blue dots are standard tickets directly from the event organizer.
What price can be charged?
You can set the same price as original ticket price or up to approximately 20% higher, this may vary depending on what event and which organizer.
My plans have changed, can I change or get a refund for my booking?
We cannot offer exchanges or refunds on Resale-tickets unless an event has been canceled.
Fan Guarantee does not apply on Resale-tickets.
The Resale-ticket is sold by an individual and not directly from Ticketmaster, unfortunately we can therefore not offer a refund, except if the event is canceled. For the same reason, we can not exchange a Resale-ticket for, for example, another place or price category. You have accepted these terms when purchasing your/yours Resale-tickets. How do I pay for a Resale-ticket?
You can pay with Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and Amex. No other payment methods are currently available.
Why are the same tickets shown at a different price?
Available Resale-tickets are sold by individual sellers who determine the price. This means that you can see the same type of tickets with different prices.
Can I buy tickets for several different sections/areas in the same order?
Resale-tickets can be purchased together if the seller has chosen to sell these together for an event. Unfortunately, you cannot buy Resale-tickets for different sections or if there are separate sellers for several events at the same time.
Why can I only buy a certain number of tickets?
Since Resale-tickets are sold by individual sellers, the number depends on how many tickets the seller has chosen to upload.
When do I get my Resale-tickets?
Once you have purchased tickets, you will see the order as usual in your Ticketmaster account.
I received an error message after buying tickets. What should I do?
If you have received an error message or if the page has frozen at the end of your booking, do not try to buy the ticket / tickets again as your order may have been successful. You will receive an email within an hour telling you if your order has been processed or rejected.
