Your e-Ticket is saved in 'My Account' and has also been sent to your e-mail.
Log in to the app or your mobile phone to find the mobile-adapted version of the ticket or download the ticket to your computer for printing.
Please note that the e-ticket has a built-in security system that only allows entry to the arena once.
Have you not received your e-Ticket after a purchase?
NOTE: It can sometimes take up to an hour for a booking to be created and for you to have your tickets delivered via e-mail and visible on your account when paying with Swish.
Generally, you will receive your tickets by e-mail within a few minutes, but this can take up to an hour. If the payment has been processed, you should receive tickets, even though it may take a while before you see them in the account or in your specified e-mail.
You should be able to see your tickets in your account on Ticketmaster.se or in the app, and have the tickets sent to you via e-mail. Don't forget to check the spam folder and double check that you log in with the correct e-mail address on ticketmaster.se, as you have sometimes made the purchase with a different e-mail address.
Should there be a temporary technical error in the payment, we will refund you automatically within 3-5 banking days and you do not need to do anything. If you have not received your tickets after one hour, please contact our customer service.
