Your customer information is registered here. All information about your bookings, any PIN codes, etc. is also saved here. Log in to My Account with your email address and password.
To see your entire booking, click on the information symbol, "i". To download or print your tickets: click in the box next to each ticket or "select all", then click on "open".
Change my information
Go to "My Account" and click on "My Profile". There you will find all your registered information. If you want to change something in your registered information, click on "Edit" next to the heading in which section you want to change something.
Change email address
If you want to change to another email for login, click on "Edit" next to the heading "Email address". Then enter the email you want to change to and your password to confirm the change. When the change is completed, you will receive a confirmation email to your old email address.
If you have forgotten your password, press Log in on the home screen and then tap "Forgot password". You can then fill in your email address for the account to which you have forgotten your password. Once you have written your email and sent in the request, you will receive a new password sent to your email within 15 minutes.
Be sure to check the spamfolder as our emails can sometimes end up there. If you do not receive a password sent to you, enter email@example.com in your contacts and try again.
Unique email address for each account
You can only register an email address once. This means that each account must have a unique email address and be personal. If you have problems registering a new account, it may be because your email is already registered. You will then be refused to register a new account. Then click instead on Forgot password? we will send your login details via email.
You can only register one account on your email address. It is therefore not possible for several people, e.g. within a family, to register an account per name and use the same e-mail address.
How do I unsubscribe from the Newsletter?

When you create your account, you can choose to subscribe to our newsletter. If you want to unsubscribe from the newsletter, log in to "My Account" and uncheck the box next to "Preferences". You can also unsubscribe directly from the newsletter sent to your email.
