Some events are rescheduled and some events are unfortunately canceled. It is the event organizers decision to what applies to each event. All ticket buyers who are affected by rescheduled or canceled events will receive information via email. The email will be sent from the organizer or from Ticketmaster on behalf of the organizer.
Should the event be canceled, you as a ticket buyer will receive information about a refund or possibly a new date by mail. You will also be given information if you need to do something or if eg. Refunds are made automatically.
