In Sweden, it is not forbidden to buy or sell tickets in second hand, but this often involves more risks as there is no guarantee that the tickets are genuine. There may also be guarantees that are not forthcoming, for example at a canceled event there is a risk that you will not get your money back.
At the same time, we want to make you as a consumer aware of not buying tickets from other second-hand sites such as Viagogo, onewayticket, biljett24, biljettnu etc. as there is no possibility for us or the event organizer to guarantee or check if the tickets are genuine. Therefore, always shop from the official ticket provider. Although the tickets are in our booking system, we can unfortunately not guarantee that they are valid because there is no way for us to check if more copies have been made on the same tickets. If this is the case, only the first person to enter the arena will be able to use the tickets. Ticketmaster strongly advises its customers to not buy second-hand tickets.
Do you have tickets to an event that you no longer can attend? Then selling your tickets with Ticketmaster Resale could be an option. Please read more about Resale here.
