How do I cancel a ticket transfer?

Only the sender can cancel a ticket transfer. If your ticket transfer hasn’t been accepted by your recipient yet, you can cancel the transfer by simply following these steps:

• 1. Sign into your Ticketmaster Account.
  2. Find your order in the My Tickets section.
  3. Select Cancel Transfer.
  4. Confirm you want to cancel the transfer by selecting Cancel Transfer.
  5. Your ticket will be returned to your account.

How do I know if the tickets have been accepted or not?

Once you send a ticket, you’ll see your tickets status update to either:

• Transfer Pending, which means your friends have not accepted the transferred tickets yet
• Transfer Complete, which means the ticket has been accepted by your recipient.
