Our Fan Guarantee policy allows you to change your mind within 24 hours of booking with us, giving you the option to cancel and refund or exchange your order.
There are a few things that aren’t covered by the guarantee, so be sure to check the exclusions below:
- Your booking includes previously reserved tickets, donations, annual passes, subscriptions, VIP tickets, lodges, Platinum tickets, discounted tickets, multi-day events, deposit schemes, or other packaged tickets.
- You’ve transferred the ticket to another person.
- You bought the ticket on Ticketmaster Resale.
- You sold your tickets on Ticketmaster Resale. If the tickets haven’t sold yet, cancel the listing before submitting a Fan Guarantee request.
- The booking was made through a Ticketmaster representative other than ticketmaster.se, via the Ticketmaster Call Center, or a partner site
- You purchased the ticket at the Event Organizer’s ticket office or agent.
- You paid all or part of your purchase with a value check.
- Your ticket is for an event where the organizer has chosen that no right of withdrawal applies, and you made the booking on the day of the ticket release.
- Your booking was made within 14 days of the event.
- Collector tickets, insurance, service charges, and handling fees are non-refundable.
- We can only offer exchanges for tickets in the same price bracket or higher for the same venue and event. If the event is sold out, only a refund will be available under Fan Guarantee.
If you're eligible for a Fan Guarantee refund, submit a request through your Ticketmaster account. You can learn how on our How to Contact Us page.
If you're outside of the Fan Guarantee 24-hour cooling-off period, you might be able to list your tickets using resale. Visit our FAQ How do I sell my tickets? for more information on selling tickets.
