How do I register for Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour in Sweden?
Registration was open at https://www.ticketmaster.se/taylor-swift-the-eras-tour until Friday 23rd of June at 23.59 local time.
Do I have more chance of getting a ticket the earlier I register?
No, registering early during the registration window will not give you any advantage, as long as you make sure you register before the registration window closes. Please note, registration does not guarantee access to the sale, or to tickets. We expect there will be more demand than there are tickets available. A limited number of fans will get access to the sale, and others will be put on the waitlist. Tickets will be sold on a first come, first served basis while currently available inventory lasts.
When will I receive more information about selection?
You will receive an e-mail on July 5th to inform you if you have been selected for ticket sales or placed on the waiting list. If you are selected, you will receive a purchase link and access code via SMS the day before the on sale. If you are not selected, you will be placed on the waiting list and may receive an invitation to participate in the sale later, if tickets are still available.

How do I purchase tickets in the sale?
Tickets will be available to purchase via the Ticketmaster website only, and access code holders will have the chance to purchase tickets. Tickets will be sold on a first come, first served basis while currently available inventory lasts. The steps below will help you navigate your search and purchase.
• If you are selected to receive an access code, you will receive two SMS messages the afternoon before ticket sales.
• The messages will include timing details and a link to where the on-sale will occur, and your unique access code.
• Sign-in to your Ticketmaster Account in advance. Know your Ticketmaster password, or reset your password in advance. For a faster checkout, make sure you have a valid credit card with updating billing information in your account.
- Click the link you were sent at the appropriate time. Your link is unique and is used to identify you as an invited purchaser. It can only be accessed by you. If you copy or share the link instead of clicking through from your e-mail or SMS, you will not be able to enter the queue for the sale.
- Once you follow the link, you'll join the waiting room for the sale. You will be assigned a place in the
queue before you can purchase tickets. - When it's your turn, select the event you would like to purchase for.
- Enter your unique access code. Should you receive an error, double-check you entered the access
code exactly as it appears in the email and SMS you received. - Due to demand, after entering your access code, you may experience a longer than usual wait time
using the ticket search. Do not refresh the page during this time. - When completing your ticket purchase, stay within one browser window. Opening multiple windows
or tabs to purchase tickets, may result in errors. - You may not exceed the ticket limit of 4 (four).
When should I expect my access code?
If you are selected to receive an access code, you will receive two SMS messages the afternoon before the
ticket sales begins - the first will include the personalized link, the second will include your unique access code. You will also receive an email which will include both the personalized link and your unique access code.
Can I transfer my access code to someone else?
No, codes are non-transferable and should not be shared. Codes are also only valid to purchase up to the advised ticket limit, subject to availability.
How do I register for an Accessible Ticket?
If you have registered and was eligible for tickets; wish to purchase tickets for Taylor Swift and need an accessible seat, such as a wheelchair, please contact us via this form and select:

Please note that you have to provide us with your unique code, in order for us to help you.

What are the age restrictions for the event?
The age restriction is 13+, even if the child is accompanied by an adult guardian, due to sound regulations*.
*Due to the recommendations of the Swedish Public Health Agency on high volumes there is a general age restriction for concerts at the arena. It is incumbent upon the event owner to follow this, in accordance with the Swedish Environmental Management Agency. The age restriction is 13 YOA, even if the child is accompanied by an adult guardian.
Tickets have gone on sale, I registered and never received my access code?
Registering does not guarantee you will receive a code nor that you will have the ability to purchase tickets. Please note, we expect there will be more demand than there are tickets available. Tickets will be sold on a first come, first served basis while currently available inventory lasts.
Why didn’t my access code work?
You may have maxed out your ticket limit. Due to demand, all events have a ticket limit to allow more fans like you to get tickets.
Can I enter multiple codes?
No. Only one code can be processed during each transaction. Separate transactions will be required for each access code held.
What happens if I’m on the waiting list?
If you move off the waiting list, you will receive two SMS messages containing your access code details and where to access the relevant on-sale. Keep in mind, your notification may come at any time after onsale. When notified, your SMS will include:
• A link to the on-sale;
• Your unique access code
Please also watch your email - if there are SMS delivery issues, such as an incorrectly entered mobile number or network issues, we will email your access code details.
Purchasers are held to a ticket limit of 4 (four).
Please note, getting off the waitlist does not guarantee access to tickets. Tickets will be sold on a first come, first served basis while currently available inventory lasts.

What are the prices and ticket types for this event?
Prices are determined by the Event Organizer and depend on artist, event and venue. Prices will not always be published prior to the presale or on sale. In some instances, the Event Organizer price tickets according to their market value. These tickets do not include VIP packages and pricing is subject to change. Prices will appear on the event page once the registration presale has started.

Each ticket holder must be in possession of their ticket on their smart device.
Is delayed delivery active for this event?
Yes, delayed delivery is active for this event. You should be able to access your tickets on your account closer to the event date. We will notify you when your tickets will be available in your account, best accessible through the application.
What does it mean if tickets have a delayed delivery?
Tickets have a delayed delivery if there is a long period between the purchase and access to a ticket. It’s used to prevent tickets from being accessed until we can confirm everyone has adhered to the event ticket limit and didn’t use unfair ticket technology to buy in bulk.
If your order has a delivery delay, the mobile ticket QR code won’t be available until the delivery delay passes.

When will tickets be dispatched and available in my online account, and how will I access them?
All tickets are digital tickets and they will be available via your Ticketmaster account and via the app. (Please be aware that you may not be able to access your tickets in your online account between 14.00-16.00 local time on 11th of July)
Tickets will not be released until closer to the event date, please see ‘Is delayed delivery active for this event?’.
Beware: Order confirmation is sent within 1 hour after purchase.
Are tickets for this event personalized?
If you have bought multiple tickets for Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour, the lead bookers surname will be displayed on each mobile ticket of the order. The lead booker must be present for the whole party to enter the venue.
This means all members of the party should enter the venue at the same time. The lead booker may be asked to show identification upon entry.
Can I change the name of the lead booker?
No, you can’t change the name of the lead booker in your account.
Only in very specific and extenuating circumstances a change would be allowed.
Requests about this will only be replied to from April 1, 2024.
Can I transfer tickets to somebody else?
No, for the moment we have not enabled Ticket Transfer for Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour.
RESALE / CANCEL MY TICKETS
Can I cancel my tickets after I’ve purchased it?
No, you can’t. Once tickets have been purchased they’re not refundable, If the event would be cancelled or rescheduled we will inform you about the procedure.
I can no longer attend the event. Can I resell my tickets?
