Collector Cards are Ticketmaster's unique souvenir concept.
Collector Cards are about the size of a bank card, come in hard plastic and are supplied with a string to hang around the neck.
Please note: A collector card is only a souvenir and is not a valid ticket for entering the event. You must use the e-ticket you can access via your Ticketmaster account to enter the event.
Collector Cards cost SEK 95,- extra per ticket, including postal fees.
Collector Cards have been developed for those who want a souvenir after an event.
This is a unique product with its own design, adapted to the event in question.
Collector Cards are delivered to your home no later than 2 weeks before the event takes place but may arrive earlier than that. They are sent to the address you entered in 'My Account'.
You will still receive a digital ticket valid for entry to the event.
Please ensure that your Ticketmaster account is updated with the correct address for delivery.
Edit your address under 'My Account' as soon as possible if your address changes.
