Important information about ticket release:

• Queue is created when ticket sales begin.

• There is no use to "get in the queue" on ticnet.se before ticket sales begin. Nobody can reserve place in the queue by having one or more windows connected to ticnet.se before 9:00 .

• The queue can be displayed before the event opens to the sale - you are not then placed in the queue, but will automatically be transferred into the queue when the event is released.

• Sign in when you find the tickets you want.

• There is no guarantee of getting tickets. It may be sold out quickly.

• It may be sold out even if you're in the queue.

• Do not update the site when you are in the queue (Refresh/F5), then you will lose your place. You can also lose your place if you open multiple browsers on the same computer.

• Many banks require verification with a bank box for card to shop online. Have card and box ready.

 

• Make sure you have an updated Java version on your computer.

Where can my Gift Card/e-Gift Card be used?

Gift card can be used as payment for the purchase of tickets to events mediated by Ticketmaster via ticketmaster.se, ticket outlets or contact center. Note E-Gift Card is not redeemable at ticket outlets.

 

Where can I buy Ticketmasters Gift Card/e Gift Card?

Gift cards can for example be purchased through ticketmaster.se, ICA, Coop, ATG, Pressbyrån, 7 Eleven. It can NOT be purchased via ticket outlets.

 

How do I get a receipt for my purchase of Ticketmasters gift card? 

Receipt of your gift card purchased on ticketmaster.se is available if you mail your order number to presentkort@ticketmaster.se and ask for a receipt. Receipt of gift cards purchased in stores are available in the shop at time of purchase.

 

Do I need to activate the Gift Card?

The Gift Card is already activated when you receive it.

 

How do I check the balance on Gift Card/e-Gift Card?

Check your Gift Card/e-Gift Card balance here or by calling +46 (0)70-170 70 70. You must have your Gift Card number available.

 

What happens if the Gift Card/e-Gift Card becomes lost or stolen?

The Gift Card is not replaceable if lost or stolen. Your e-Gift card will be sent via email and you will have the ability to download a PDF version, which you can save for your convenience. Should you misplace your e-Gift Card, please call +46 (0)70-170 70 70, however, you will be asked to provide proof of purchase.

 

Do Gift Cards/e-Gift Card have an expiration date?

Ticketmasters Gift Cards/e-Gift Cards expire one year after purchase.

 

Is there a maximum amount per card purchase?

Maximum amount is 2.000kr per card on ticketmaster.se.

Subject to express gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.
Subject to express gift cards can be purchased in any denomination 50-2000 SEK on ticketmaster.se. In a store there are 200SEK, 500SEK and 750SEK.
You can not use the same account you have on ticketmaster.se without creating a new account with the purchase of gift cards.
